Located in Brooklyn Park, Woodland Elementary is the newest elementary building in Osseo Area Schools and serves nearly 670 students in prekindergarten through fifth grade. Our mission-driven staff fosters a student-centered learning environment that inspires all students to achieve their dreams and prepare for success as lifelong learners.
In addition to academic rigor, we build community through schoolwide celebrations, student service projects, buddy classrooms, student leadership opportunities and family engagement events. Woodland Eagles stand united for kindness and against bullying, contributing to a positive school culture where all children and families are welcomed.

Our mission-driven staff works with all scholars to provide appropriate academic support and rigor. From gifted education opportunities to services that support learners with special needs, our educators help each student succeed and lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
Woodland students also benefit from schoolwide intervention and extension programs based on a Response to Intervention model. We strive to develop scholars who are self-confident, willing and able to make a difference, and seek continuous learning.
